BUSINESS AND FACILITIES MANAGER
Space2 is a small, award winning arts and social change charity based in East Leeds that punches above its weight. Space2 develops and refines participatory arts practice using co-production principles, in order to initiate and build engagement and community capacity. We work with communities who live in areas where there is limited access to artistic activity.
Our newly revised staff structure are couched within this co-production framework and are an essential element of preparing the Company for the future.
You will be part of the newly created Senior Leadership Team, providing business and facilities support for the organisation as a whole. This is a new role that offers a challenging and exciting opportunity to design and embed new business processes and assist colleagues to improve business practices.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a talented, hands-on business professional, who is versatile, highly organised, process-driven, positive, motivated. You should have a proven track record in financial management and/or business administration processes, possess strong organisational, communication and leadership skills. You will be values driven and committed to social change. You will hold a (relevant level 4 professional qualification or be qualified through experience).
