GIVE AS YOU LIVE

Give As You Live is a passive, multi-avenue fundraising opportunity in which a percentage of your shopping spends come directly to us – without you having to do anything!

ONLINE:

When you download the browser extension, it recognises automatically when you are shopping online at one of the 6000+ stores that supports Give As You Live. 

Adding the extension to your default browser allows Give As You Live to automatically calculate how much you’ll be donating as you shop. When you go to check out, you pay as normal, and the company you’re shopping with will donate a percentage of your purchase back to us – similar to a cash-back scheme, the portion you’ve donated comes directly to us to help us continue our work. 

INSTORE:

Through the website, physical cards can be purchased for different retailers, pre-loaded and used as payment methods in store. This is ideal for food shop budgeting or as a gift (works like a pre-loaded gift card,) with hundreds of retailers signed up to the scheme, including but not limited to: 

• Supermarkets – Morrisons, Sainsburys, Asda, M&S etc 

• Stationery and Supplies – Argos, Staples, The Works 

• Travel – Booking.com and Trainline 

• Food Delivery – Just Eat, UberEATS, Domino’s  

There are 6000+ retailers and service providers signed up, covering all needs and wants for any occasion.  

To sign up, choose the retailer you wish to use, follow the steps and order a physical card that will arrive to you in the post, top it up online and use it as your payment method (not dissimilar to a debit or credit card) at checkout in store. The company you’re shopping with will donate a percentage of your purchase back to us – like a cash-back scheme, the portion you’ve donated comes directly to us to help us continue our work. 

DONATE:

Give As You Live offers a donation option for one off or recurring donations, with no extra fees or sign-up costs. Donations can be made for specific events (i.e. buying tickets or passes) or or just one off donations.

Your donations  will help to continue funding arts and social change groups for the local community as well as continuing our sustainability and wellness missions. Our groups and sessions aim to encourage development and friendships across a variety of creative arts, be that movement, crafts, outdoor activities to name a few.
