Orne of the highlights of our Men's Health Unlocked year - Men's Health Week, the 2nd week in June, is when we plan our Northern Man Festival.
#NMF25 focusses on men's creativity here in Leeds - and we are so pleased to announce our line-up of events here on the Inner pages.
A range of activities for #Leedsmen to enjoy and in which to get involved.
Ranging from walks and sports - fun snooker and parkrun & dominoes and football tournaments - to music and poetry, to for young old and old men and an Open Mic night in Leeds centre.
And finally, on the Saturday, we have our Market Extravaganza, focussing on embracing and promoting men's creativity
